A global entertainment business is hiring for a Commercial Data & Insights Manager to join their matrix organization on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role involves collaborating closely with central data teams to ensure that reporting tools and data strategies effectively empower the business and enhance marketing efforts.

The role

1. Lead internal reporting systems using tools like Datorama, Snowflake, and Tableau to connect and visualize data for internal teams and external stakeholders.
2. Expand data sources to include key touchpoints across the marketing spectrum, from brand awareness to campaign performance.
3. Collaborate with media and social agencies to leverage data for smarter decision-making and provide valuable insights to the marketing team.
4. Perform correlation and regression analyses to identify critical metrics and work with business teams to establish frameworks for tracking KPIs.
5. Conduct training sessions to enable teams to utilize self-serve reporting tools effectively, fostering faster decision-making without reliance on external teams.

Qualifications and skills

1. 6+ years of experience in data management, analytics, and reporting, preferably within a media agency setting.
2. Deep understanding of marketing tools (DMPs, DSPs) and data visualization (Tableau).
3. Proficiency with Snowflake, Datorama, and SQL.
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
5. Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
