The role:
As the Business Development Manager, you will...
- Own the world-class outbound sales process, targeting senior stakeholders from SMB to Enterprise level.
- Craft and execute highly personalized outreach, book high-quality meetings, and deliver demos alongside the Account Executives (AEs).
- Engage in strategic, consultative conversations at the C-Suite level, understanding and overcoming complex business challenges of prospective clients.
- Help shape processes and best practices as the outbound sales team scales across the UK & Europe.
About you:
- 2+ years of SDR/BDR experience with a complex SaaS platform, capable of driving revenue from day one.
- Strong academic background, degree educated with a 2:1 or above.
- A strategic, consultative salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Experience working with the MEDDICC sales framework; committed to continuous learning and development.
