What The Role Involves

As an Ecosystem Data & Insights Lead, you will define and implement strategies for measuring and understanding Input | Output's (IO) developer ecosystem. This role involves researching developer communities, leveraging blockchain and decentralized technologies, and implementing CRM systems. You will develop IO's ecosystem intelligence to translate ecosystem health metrics into business value.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Ecosystem Data Strategy: Act as the primary strategist for ecosystem data and social intelligence; develop and implement strategies for data gathering, analytics, and reporting aligned with IO's objectives; define ROI metrics; create an ecosystem maturity model.
2. Lead CRM Implementation & Integration: Develop and execute CRM strategies focused on developer needs; ensure data quality; create a unified reporting framework.
3. Oversee Data Collection & Analysis Projects: Manage social listening and research projects; translate data into insights supporting growth and governance monitoring; maintain early warning systems.
4. Develop Innovative Research Methodologies: Design mixed-methodology studies addressing business objectives, providing insights for product, marketing, and ecosystem initiatives.
5. Leverage AI for Data Insights: Use AI and machine learning tools to optimize data collection, insights, and predictive accuracy; incorporate trend prediction, sentiment analysis, and community modeling.
6. Link Data to Business Objectives: Establish metrics linking ecosystem data to IO's strategic goals, demonstrating contributions of community initiatives.
7. Promote Social Intelligence: Educate teams on research methodologies; showcase practical applications; foster a data-driven culture.
8. Drive Ecosystem Growth: Enable access to insights via dashboards and visualization tools; track project success metrics; build community influence maps.

Minimum Requirements

• At least five years' experience in data insights, preferably in Web3 developer ecosystems.
• Success working remotely and independently.
• Familiarity with blockchain and Web3 technologies; understanding of governance and community dynamics.
• Experience with developer ecosystem analytics and CRM systems.
• Proficiency with social listening tools (Brandwatch, TalkWalker, etc.) and CRM platforms (HubSpot).
• Knowledge of AI tools for data narratives and parsing; some experience with Python and APIs.
