A leading education provider seeks an experienced HR Advisor to support two schools in Ladbroke Grove/Notting Hill. The role involves managing employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration while promoting wellbeing initiatives. Notting Hill Prep school and Bassett House Prep school are seeking an experienced HR Advisor / People Advisor to work across both sites which are a short walk from each other in Ladbroke Grove / Notting Hill. Previous experience in the education sector is not necessary for this role – training on KCSIE and the relevant regulations will be provided.

Due to the requirements of the schools, this role will be based onsite five days per week during term-time, with the possibility of greater flexibility during school holidays as agreed with the Headteacher.
