Job Opportunity: Apprenticeship Sales Coordinator

Work Schedule: 3 DAYS A WEEK IN OFFICE

Responsibilities:

  1. Generating a pipeline of new business through a consultative sales approach targeting SME businesses.
  2. Building strong networks and raising awareness of the company's Apprenticeship Training offer by attending and presenting at networking events and seminars.
  3. Creating engaging and effective vacancy advertisements.
  4. Producing costed quotations and proposals to secure apprenticeship contracts.
  5. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry funding, eligibility, legislation, and regional grants.
  6. Scheduling regular contact with current employers in person and by telephone to build relationships and increase apprenticeship vacancies.
  7. Ensuring regular communication with internal stakeholders such as the delivery team.
  8. Collaborating with Marketing to provide content for e-marketing and social media activities.
  9. Recording all meetings and customer contacts using the CRM database.
  10. Creating detailed job specifications and recruitment plans for the Resourcing Team.

  • Has previous experience and a successful track record in recruitment sales or selling apprenticeships.
  • Is energetic, driven to exceed targets, and maintains high standards of customer service.
  • Possesses a natural ability to build trusting relationships.
  • Is passionate about supporting businesses and helping apprentices succeed and progress.
  • Is professional, personable, approachable, and has a positive can-do attitude.
  • Can work effectively as part of a busy team.
