Job Description:

Events Manager – Bring Pure Pet Food to Life! ??

About Us...

At Pure Pet Food, we’re on a mission to revolutionise pet food and educate owners on the benefits of a natural, nutritious diet that enhances their pets’ health, happiness, and longevity. As a fast-growing, venture-backed e-commerce brand, we’re taking the UK by storm—and now, we’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and analytical individual to help bring our events to life!

About the Role...

We’re looking for a Events Manager to conceptualise, plan, and execute engaging events that make a real impact. With 1,000+ events happening across the UK each year, this role is all about innovation, planning, and ensuring every event is a seamless and memorable experience for pet owners.

? This isn’t just a logistics role—it’s an opportunity to shape how Pure Pet Food connects with customers in real life! You’ll be responsible for designing engaging event activations, while also ensuring the logistics behind them run like clockwork. From optimising routes for drivers to tracking event stock and kit, you’ll play a key role in making sure every event is a success.

What You'll Be Doing...

? Event Concept & Strategy – Planning new event schemes, interactive experiences, and eye-catching setups that wow attendees.

? Event Planning & Execution – Selecting prime event locations, securing the best spots on sight, and ensuring we stand out.

? Brand Activation & Engagement – Bringing the Pure Pet Food brand to life through creative, on-brand experiences.

? Innovation & Trends – Staying ahead of industry trends and coming up with fresh ideas to make our events bigger, better, and more engaging.

? Event Kit & Stand Design – Creating aesthetically appealing, engaging event setups that draw people in and make them remember us.

? Managing Teams on the Ground – Training drivers and event staff to execute our vision with energy and passion.

? Optimisation & Improvements – Tracking event performance and refining strategies to make sure every show is better than the last.

? Analytical & Operational Excellence

Inventory & Stock Management – Accurately tracking, organising, and maintaining stock levels of event materials, such as gazebos, banners, food kits, and promotional items.

Kit Preparation & Maintenance – Ensuring event kits are in perfect condition, restocked, and ready to go. Identifying missing or damaged items before they cause disruptions.

Route Optimisation & Logistics Planning – Mapping out efficient delivery schedules for drivers, ensuring cost-effective and timely event setups.

Excel & Data Management – Using spreadsheets to track stock levels, kit locations, and event performance metrics to improve efficiency.

Budget & Cost Control – Keeping stock and logistics within budget, finding ways to streamline costs without compromising quality.

Proactive Troubleshooting – Identifying and resolving logistical challenges before they become problems—whether it’s missing kit, last-minute venue changes, or supply chain delays.

Communication & Team Coordination – Working closely with drivers, event teams, and external partners to ensure smooth operations and successful activations.

About You...

You’re creative, highly organised, and love balancing big ideas with smart execution. You thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same, and you enjoy combining out-of-the-box thinking with strong analytical skills to make things happen.

What We’re Looking For...

A creative thinker with experience in event planning, brand activations, or experiential marketing.

Strong organisational skills – able to juggle multiple events and adapt to changes on the fly.

Excel whiz – confident using spreadsheets for scheduling, tracking stock, and optimising routes.

Detail-oriented and process-driven – ensuring nothing falls through the cracks when it comes to stock, logistics, and event setups.

A natural leader – confident managing teams, training staff, and making quick decisions.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills – whether it’s securing the best event or streamlining your team

An analytical mindset – able to track event performance, spot trends, and make data-backed decisions.

Entrepreneurial spirit – you see opportunities everywhere and have the drive to bring big ideas to life.

Trailblazer - If a gazebo goes down you will fix it!

What We Offer...

? Hybrid Work (Monday–Wednesday in our Leeds office)

? Free Pure Pet Food (Up to £100 a month—your pet will love you!)

? Regular team socials – we work hard, but we have fun too!

? On-site parking

? Exciting career growth in a rapidly scaling brand

? Salary: £30,000-£35,000 + performance-based bonus

? Job Type: Full-time

If you’re excited about bringing events to life while keeping the operations running seamlessly behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you! ?

Some weekend work will be required, we operate a TOIL policy.

Apply now and help us create unforgettable experiences for pet lovers across the UK! ???
