Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Build our Market Presence

  • You will build <_nology>'s presence in your vertical market through creating and sharing engaging materials and connecting with key decision-makers.
  • You will familiarize yourself with your vertical market by attending industry events and engaging with thought leaders.
  • You will contribute to developing a positive <_nology> brand by conducting sales activities aligned with the long-term business goals, prioritizing sustainable growth over short-term gains.

Sales and Business Development Activities

  • Identify sales leads and develop a target client map.
  • Design and execute a business development plan to reach target clients and guide them through the sales journey.
  • Engage in cold calling and emailing to initiate conversations with decision-makers about <_nology>.
  • Create compelling pitch decks and proposals for client presentations.
  • Lead business meetings to understand client needs and propose solutions.
  • Negotiate with clients to reach the best commercial outcomes.
  • Ensure all sales compliance work is completed to protect revenue.

Consultant and Account Management

  • Manage the onboarding of new consultants to client sites to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Oversee your portfolio of consultants.
  • Conduct quarterly service reviews with clients.
  • Manage professional or technical development requests from clients or consultants through the internal coaching team.

Required and Desirable Experience

  • Experience in tech recruitment or tech/software sales.
  • Passion for enhancing diversity in the tech industry and creating opportunities for all.
  • Experience providing ongoing career and technical support.
