EVERYMAN - FINANCE MANAGER

Your Role

Working closely with the Group Financial Controller, this position supports the effective management of group-wide financial operations, including financial reporting, treasury, systems implementation, and process improvement. Responsibilities include managing reporting cycles, ensuring compliance with standards, overseeing financial data consolidation, treasury activities, and leading system enhancements. The role involves improving internal controls, streamlining processes, and managing audit activities.

Location

Hybrid role based at our Head Office in Hampstead, North London. 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and mentor finance teams, fostering excellence and continuous improvement.
2. Project manage finance workstreams and process improvements.
3. Manage financial reporting cycles and ensure compliance.
4. Oversee financial consolidation and documentation of processes.
5. Prepare financial reports, including impairment reviews.
6. Maintain supplier relationships and manage payment processes.
7. Forecast cash flows and oversee system implementations (Atlas, Lucanet).
8. Enhance finance processes for efficiency and accuracy.
9. Manage internal audits and balance sheet reviews.

Qualifications & Skills

• Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA).
• Minimum 3 years managing a finance team in a multi-site environment.
• Experience with IFRS, IFRS 16, and group consolidation.
• Microsoft Dynamics D365 and PLC experience are advantageous.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Collaborative attitude and professional representation of finance.
