We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Development Manager to drive sales in key accounts and develop new areas of the business. This role will involve delivering bespoke solutions to clients, ensuring continued growth, client satisfaction and identifying opportunities to expand Jumars offering across multiple service lines. This hybrid role involves travelling twice a week to meet with clients and to our central London offices.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales: Grow Jumar's presence and capability within key accounts.
Account Expansion: Identify opportunities for account expansion within existing client relationships to drive year-on-year growth.
Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to introduce Jumar's full suite of services, including recruitment, data solutions, and software development.
Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to discuss and agree on the most suitable delivery model for their needs, including augmentation, managed augmentation, or outcome-based delivery.
Sales Targets: Take ownership of sales targets within specific accounts, ensuring revenue growth through strategic service delivery and relationship building.
Industry Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of client needs, Jumar's capabilities, and industry trends to ensure solutions remain relevant and competitive.
Service Delivery: Ensure high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction
