Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

Salary: Up to £50,000 (Dependent on experience)

About you:

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible and accountable for leading everything digital at SpaMedica, including the development and ongoing enhancement of the digital strategy and digital channels for SpaMedica and Freedom Vision brands. You will have senior responsibility for ensuring that your area within Marketing delivers exceptional digital performance. This role will work closely with key stakeholders across the business, other Marketing Managers, and executives to deliver outstanding B2B, B2C, and internal digital experiences.

Responsibilities of our Digital Marketing Manager:

  • Lead, develop, and manage a digital strategy and annual digital plan for SpaMedica and Freedom Vision brands aligned with marketing goals.
  • Oversee social media strategy, optimize paid social, and develop plans to ensure content strategy aligns with varied audiences.
  • Develop ongoing enhancement plans based on insights for websites and channels.
  • Set digital channel goals, KPIs aligned with marketing objectives, and review performance using analytics tools for continuous improvement.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across channels including PPC, SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Manage digital budgets effectively, ensuring ROI and resource allocation, and scope opportunities for development, testing, and innovation.
  • Identify new digital trends, evaluate new technologies, and ensure brands stay at the forefront of digital developments in the sector.
  • Establish and maintain robust processes within digital, including managing agency relationships for optimal performance.
  • Support and manage digital executives, overseeing workload, priorities, and career development.
  • Engage with stakeholders to support digitization initiatives and technology projects to enhance patient experience.
  • Be accountable for the digital budget and KPIs across all digital channels.
