About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.

Our operation runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, which involves a variety of shift patterns. If you're seeking flexible working arrangements, we will work with you on your shifts. However, late and weekend working are requirements of the role, and flexibility with your work pattern may be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for your team.
• Assist with training colleagues and communicating messages through team 'huddles'.
• Ensure colleagues are available to maintain product availability and meet customer expectations through careful planning of overtime and holidays.
• Support your team to deliver excellent customer service and operational results.
• Participate in training across different departmental areas to develop your skills.

About You

You are naturally friendly, enthusiastic about learning new skills across departments, and capable of being a strong coach, mentor, and motivator. You aim to be a role model to colleagues and ensure customers have a great shopping experience.
