THE ROLE

As a floor manager, you'll support the brand leader and store manager in managing and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers.


You will see your store as a community hub for AllSaints fans and customers in your area, who may shop in-store, online, or through partnerships. Your role includes supporting the team in providing outstanding in-store and online service, and offering leadership and support to stylist team members responding to customer inquiries via our online customer service system.


This role requires strong organization, resilience, enthusiasm, and determination to ensure a consistently excellent customer experience and a vibrant store that represents the AllSaints brand.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Spending most of your day on the busy shop floor, trading with stylist teams and ensuring all processes run smoothly while providing the best customer experience.
  • Leading and supporting stylist team members in handling customer queries via email, chat, and calls related to products and orders through our online support system.
  • Collaborating with our customer experience team leaders to manage KPIs and SLAs for online support.
  • Being an expert ambassador for our products, inspiring both in-store and online customers and your team.
  • Driving commercial success by showcasing products effectively, following guidelines, and highlighting bestsellers to enhance the customer experience.
  • Managing daily store operations and team deployment, supporting and coaching stylists to meet their targets and improve their skills.
  • Working with the management team to exceed store targets and KPIs.
  • Handling people matters such as return-to-work interviews, investigations, performance, and attendance reviews, liaising with HR as needed.
  • Creating and implementing floor plans and rotas to set the store up for success each day.
