The University of Manchester seeks a candidate to support the Estates & Facilities Projects Group. The role involves managing project documentation, finance, and administration to ensure smooth operations of construction projects. Our Estates & Facilities Projects Group is responsible for the planning, construction, and maintenance of campus infrastructure and buildings. With a portfolio of over 300 live projects varying in complexity and value, the Projects Group plays a critical role in ensuring our world-class facilities support the University’s vision.
Reporting primarily to the Estates & Facilities Projects Group, the post holder will provide essential support in managing project documentation, finance, and administration. This role is key to ensuring the smooth operation of estates and construction projects by maintaining accurate records, financial tracking, and compliance with University policies.
