Job description

Join to apply for the Stock and Finance Administrator role at Axon Moore.

This role is based in Crewe with a salary of £25,000. Axon Moore is partnering with a well-established and growing business, offering a fantastic opportunity to join the Finance Transactional Services Team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Verify and input stock receipts into internal systems accurately.
  2. Confirm delivery quantities for the previous day’s deliveries.
  3. Enter third-party and miscellaneous stock receipts.
  4. Process stock adjustments as required.
  5. Reconcile daily bulk stock levels and investigate discrepancies.
  6. Balance miscellaneous stock records.
  7. Contribute to the review and development of stock processes, maintaining robust controls.
Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in a high-volume transactional environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of stock management functions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
