We are seeking a Mortgage Product Manager for Homes at Lloyds Banking Group, the UK's largest mortgage lender. What will I be doing?

1. Utilise data and analytics to inform product decisions, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. Build dashboards and reports for monitoring metrics.
2. Define and implement strategies for customer management and treatment, considering business, conduct, and customer contexts.
3. Collaborate with channels, operations, risk, legal, and platform teams on initiatives and projects related to Homes.
4. Understand customer behaviour and product performance, evaluating risks and conduct.
