JOB TITLE: Mortgage Product Manager, Homes – 12 Month FTC/Secondment
SALARY: The salary banding for this role is £59,850 - £66,500
LOCATION: Chester, Manchester, Bristol, Halifax, Leeds or London
HOURS: 35 hours, full time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, involving at least two days per week or 40% of our time at one of our office sites.

What will I be doing?
Utilising data and analytics to inform product decisions, monitor performance, and identify improvement opportunities. Building and updating dashboards and reports.
Defining and delivering strategies for customer management and treatment, balancing business, conduct, and customer considerations.
Collaborating with Channel, Operations, Risk, Legal, and Platform teams to lead initiatives and projects across Homes.
Building an understanding of customer behaviour and product performance while evaluating risks and conduct issues.

What you’ll need
A degree or higher education is beneficial.
Strong mortgage product experience with a proven track record managing and enhancing portfolios.
Proficiency in analytical tools and MI systems to derive insights and drive initiatives.
Ability to influence relationships to benefit customers.
A customer-first approach, ensuring needs are prioritized and outcomes are excellent.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative problem-solving skills to improve customer experiences.
Comprehensive risk management abilities, including risk assessment and mitigation.
