Job Description:

Application Support Specialist – CRM

Locations: Salford (M50 3SP) or Staines (TW18 3DZ). Flexible / Hybrid working options (1 day a week in office preferred). Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours).

Salary: From £48,000 (negotiable depending on experience and location).

Role Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the UK business.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, support software implementations, and ensure smooth operation of applications.
  • Collaborate with business users, vendors, and IT teams to deliver effective support.
How you’ll help us make health happen:
  • Serve as the technical authority within your domain.
  • Perform development, support, or environment configuration tasks.
  • Assess and validate technical solutions and designs.
  • Participate in implementation, change control, and release planning.
  • Adhere to delivery standards, methodologies, and frameworks.
  • Contribute to software architecture and infrastructure decisions.
  • Own and resolve IT issues impacting operations.
  • Build relationships across IT teams and promote customer focus.
  • Support continuous improvement and address performance concerns.
  • Assist with onboarding and knowledge sharing.
  • Respond to incidents and support 24/7 on-call responsibilities.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Supporting and administering Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure portal.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-910, PL-900) are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of C# and experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) are a plus.
  • Technical support experience, flexibility, resilience, and strong communication skills.
  • Experience in matrix-managed teams and understanding of SDLC, Agile, and ITIL processes.
