About The Opportunity:

You will be part of this exciting UK initiative, benefiting from the success of their intuitive products spanning over 25 years, backed by the financial stability of global investors.

With a comprehensive induction programme, you will receive top-tier product training and industry-leading coaching methodologies.

  • Work with some of the largest and most recognized brands in automotive retail.
  • Play a key role from implementation to ‘Go Live’ and be an integral part of the DMS rollout project.
  • Coach, train, and develop aftersales or accounts teams within retail dealerships on the new DMS platform.
  • Support dealer teams and act as the ‘product guru’ during the project.

About You:

You should come from an automotive retail sales or aftersales background, with experience working with retail dealership DMS platforms or for a DMS provider, and have a solid understanding of the dealer/OEM environment.

This role is highly autonomous and involves travel across the UK.

  • Previous DMS experience is essential.
  • Training or coaching experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent organization, planning skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proven track record in process improvement and problem-solving projects.
