An established industry player is seeking a dedicated HR Advisor for a 6-month temporary position in Brighton. This role focuses on absence management, requiring strong experience in high-volume employee relations and a solid understanding of Employment Law. With a hybrid working pattern, you'll manage caseloads, support managers, and lead training initiatives. The HR Advisor could be based at any of our sites, including Brighton (main), Haywards Heath, and Worthing. The role requires travel to all locations. This is a 6-month temporary ER Advisor position focusing on absence management cases, with a hybrid working pattern of 2 or 3 days on-site. The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week).
Applicants must have strong experience in high-volume ER, particularly in absence management (handling 15+ cases), and solid Employment Law knowledge.
