The Megaro Collection has welcomed its newest addition, Voyage with Adam Simmonds. Our Scandinavian Fine Dining restaurant, located in the heart of Kings Cross, opened its doors in January 2025. We invite patrons to explore the culinary prowess of our Chef Patron, Adam Simmonds. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic team member to join us on this exciting new journey, aiming to delight guests with adventurous flavors and exceptional hospitality.
Voyage with Adam Simmonds aims to provide light, airy, and minimalistic plates in an ambiance that reflects and enhances these sentiments. Our goal is to create an open and welcoming environment where guests can experience modern, fresh dishes inspired by land, sea, and atmosphere.
Chef Simmonds, recognized as one of the nation's top chefs with two Michelin stars, will craft plates inspired by architecture, art, and nature. Drawing on his experience working under Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons and techniques developed at Ynshir Hall, his first Michelin-starred restaurant, he seeks to honor traditional methods while embracing avant-garde culinary approaches. Attention to detail and innovation are essential at Voyage.
