WORK LIFE BALANCE:

A leading contract catering company specializing in high-end law and accountancy firms is seeking a Sous Chef for a flagship law firm in central London.

You will be working in a new, stunning property that has been redeveloped over the past few years at a cost of millions. Your responsibilities include providing food for staff and hospitality events, working with fresh and seasonal ingredients, and contributing to menu development. The cuisine will range from bowl food, street food, Michelin-style dishes.

Sous Chef Highlights:
  • Salary: GBP 40,000 per annum
  • Overtime paid
  • Monday to Friday schedule
  • Daytime shifts
  • Opportunities for progression to Head Chef, Development, and Area roles
  • Occasional evenings with overtime pay
