Post holders will be the front line of system support for the Bupa Health Clinics systems support team. Responsibilities include managing incident and request portfolios via the ticketing system, owning tickets, and ensuring prompt resolution, either by completing work or liaising with relevant contacts. Regular tasks such as bulk messaging and data uploads will also be part of the role.
