Job summary

Arup is seeking an experienced Environmental and Social (E&S) Risk Management professional to lead the growth and delivery of Arup's Lenders' Environmental & Social Advisory services across domestic and international projects.

You will provide technical and commercial leadership on lender-focused due diligence, monitoring and advisory assignments across infrastructure, energy, transport, water and built environment sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading lender-funded E&S due diligence, monitoring and advisory assignments.
• Strong knowledge of IFC Performance Standards, Equator Principles and lender requirements.
• Proven track record developing client relationships and winning work.

Responsibilities

• Leading environmental and social due diligence, monitoring and advisory assignments for lender-financed projects.
• Managing multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on programme and budget.
• Developing and growing client relationships while supporting business development and proposal activities.
• Mentoring and developing team members and promoting collaboration across disciplines and geographies.
• Contributing to innovation, thought leadership and strategic growth initiatives across Arup's global network.
• Undertaking occasional international travel to support projects and client engagement.
