Working alongside E&S specialists and technical experts across Arup's global network, you will provide technical and commercial leadership on lender-focused due diligence, monitoring and advisory assignments across the infrastructure, industry, energy, transport, water and built environment sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to work on technically challenging and internationally significant projects while continuing to develop your expertise and influence best practice across the industry. You will play a key role in growing client relationships, leading business development activities, mentoring colleagues and supporting the continued expansion of our global LESA business.

  • Providing technical leadership on international E&S standards, lender requirements and industry best practice.
  • Managing multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on programme and budget.
  • Developing and growing client relationships while supporting business development and proposal activities.
  • Mentoring and developing team members and promoting collaboration across disciplines and geographies.
  • Contributing to innovation, thought leadership and strategic growth initiatives across Arup's global network.
  • Undertaking occasional international travel to support projects and client engagement.

At Arup, you belong to an extraordinary collective – in which we encourage individuality to thrive. • Have a proven track record of developing client relationships, winning work and contributing to business growth and commercial success.
  • Are confident communicators with experience leading multidisciplinary teams and engaging effectively with stakeholders across diverse sectors, cultures and geographies.
  • Hold a relevant degree and Chartered professional status (or equivalent), supported by ongoing professional development.
