Job summary

Arup's Lenders' Environmental and Social Advisory (LESA) team seeks an experienced Environmental and Social (E&S) Risk Management professional to lead growth and delivery across domestic and international projects. You will provide technical and commercial leadership on lender-focused due diligence, monitoring and advisory assignments, and mentor colleagues within Arup's global network.

Qualifications

• Have significant experience managing environmental and social impacts and risks across major infrastructure, energy, transport, water or industrial projects in both OECD and non-OECD contexts.

Responsibilities

• Leading environmental and social due diligence, monitoring and advisory assignments for lender-financed projects.
• Providing technical leadership on international E&S standards, lender requirements and industry best practice.
• Managing multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on programme and budget.
• Developing and growing client relationships while supporting business development and proposal activities.
• Mentoring and developing team members and promoting collaboration across disciplines and geographies.
• Contributing to innovation, thought leadership and strategic growth initiatives across Arup's global network.
• Undertaking occasional international travel to support projects and client engagement.
