Job summary

Arup's Lenders' Environmental & Social Advisory (LESA) team seeks an experienced E&S Risk Management professional to lead the growth and delivery of services across a diverse portfolio of projects worldwide.

You will provide technical and commercial leadership on lender-focused due diligence, monitoring and advisory assignments, manage multidisciplinary teams, develop client relationships and contribute to the expansion of LESA across Arup's global network.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing environmental and social impacts and risks across major infrastructure, energy, transport, water or industrial projects.
• Experience leading lender-funded E&S due diligence, monitoring and advisory assignments with knowledge of IFC Standards and Equator Principles.
• Proven track record developing client relationships and winning work.
• Strong communication and leadership of multidisciplinary teams across geographies.
• Chartered status or equivalent; ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead E&S due diligence, monitoring and advisory assignments for lender-financed projects.
• Provide technical leadership on international E&S standards and lender requirements.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams to deliver on programme and budget.
• Develop client relationships and support business development.
• Mentor team members and promote cross-discipline collaboration.
• Contribute to innovation and growth initiatives across Arup's network.
• Occasional international travel to support projects.
