Arup is seeking an experienced Environmental and Social (E&S) Risk Management professional to help lead the growth and delivery of Lenders' Environmental & Social Advisory services across a diverse portfolio of domestic and international projects.

You will provide technical and commercial leadership on lender-focused due diligence, monitoring and advisory assignments across infrastructure, energy, transport, water and built environment sectors.

Formación

• Significant experience managing environmental and social impacts and risks across major infrastructure projects.
• Extensive experience leading lender-funded E&S due diligence, monitoring and advisory assignments.
• Proven track record of developing client relationships and contributing to business growth.

Responsabilidades

• Lead environmental and social due diligence, monitoring and advisory assignments for lender-financed projects.
• Provide technical leadership on international E&S standards and lender requirements.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams to deliver on time and budget.
• Develop and grow client relationships and support business development.
• Mentor and develop team members and promote cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Contribute to innovation and strategic growth across Arup's global network.
• Occasional international travel to support projects and client engagement.
