Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant office/administrative experience.
• Experience with MS Office and data handling.
• Experience using Allocate HealthSuite (Optima) system.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to e-Rostering system users and respond to queries from the team mailbox.
• Assist with rostering data updates and project support.
• Organise meetings, manage documentation and support reporting with Excel.
