Job summary

Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an E-Rostering Co-Ordinator/Trainer to support the electronic rostering system for non-medical staff. You will deliver 1-1 and group training, configure the system, and develop guidance to help staff optimise rosters and data quality.

Reporting tools monitor KPIs such as budget, availability and safety, and you’ll work with the Rostering team to improve efficiency, test new features, and provide user support across the Trust.

Qualifications

• Experience with rostering systems or workforce management.
• Ability to train staff and develop guidance materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation, development and maintenance of the Trust’s electronic rostering system.
• Provide specialist training to support efficient rostering and data quality.
• Support effective use of the rostering system by resolving queries and providing technical expertise.
• Assist with monthly preparation and submission of attendance information.
• Maintain competence on rostering products and undertake supplier training when available.
• Roll-out new rostering-related products and educate staff on their use.
