Job summary

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust (UHCW) is recruiting for an E-Rostering Support Officer. The role provides first line support, troubleshooting and guidance for E-Rostering systems to Trust staff and external users.

You will train staff on the system, generate reports, assist with data entry and contribute to payroll readiness, ensuring accurate records and timely processing within a busy NHS environment.

Qualifications

• GCSE or NVQ level 3 Diploma in business administration or equivalent.
• Evidence of further development and study and/or qualifications relevant to post.
• Experience with NHS or payroll recruitment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line support and technical advice for E-Rostering systems and assist Trust staff.
• Train staff and new users on E-Rostering systems; provide coaching where needed.
• Produce reports, monitor system routines and assist with documentation for payroll.
