Job Overview

The E-Learning Community Manager will cultivate and manage an engaging online learning environment, ensuring a high-quality learner experience through community engagement, content management, moderation, and alignment with educational goals. This role involves collaboration with learning design teams to foster community growth and effective learning outcomes.

Responsibilities
Community Building and Engagement
  • Engage with learners via forums, social media, and messaging platforms.
  • Initiate discussions and promote knowledge sharing.
  • Organize virtual events like Q&A sessions and workshops.
  • Encourage peer-to-peer support and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners.
Content Creation and Management
  • Create and curate engaging learning materials (articles, videos, posts, case studies).
  • Maintain and update the LMS platform.
  • Respond to feedback to improve content quality.
Community Moderation
  • Enforce community guidelines.
  • Monitor discussions to ensure a respectful environment.
  • Support and escalate technical or behavioral issues.
Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Track engagement, retention, and satisfaction metrics.
  • Identify patterns and areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and reports to teams.
Collaboration and Coordination
  • Align engagement activities with curriculum and goals.
  • Coordinate with learning designers and subject matter experts.
  • Communicate with teams and learners for smooth operations.
Requirements
