Job summary

Money and Pensions Service in Bedford is seeking an E Learning Developer for a 9-month fixed-term contract. The role offers hybrid working arrangements and a salary of £45,000 per annum.

You will drive the creation and delivery of eLearning content, focusing on accessibility and learner engagement to support UK-wide learning initiatives. You will work within the Learning Design team to modernise and migrate content, using Articulate Rise and other tools, collaborating with SMEs and project

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing, building and maintaining interactive eLearning content using Articulate 360, especially Rise.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design to transform content into engaging, accessible learning.
• Experience applying accessibility standards (WCAG) in online learning.
• Collaborative work with project teams, SMEs and stakeholders to deliver high-quality eLearning content.

Responsibilities

• Review and rebuild existing content using Articulate Rise and other authoring tools.
• Apply design templates, branding, and build guidelines for consistency across the catalogue.
• Update assessments, knowledge checks, scenarios and resources to improve learner engagement.
