Job summary

Swim England is seeking a Learning Solutions Developer for a maternity-cover fixed-term role in Loughborough. The position is 9–12 months, onsite 2 days a week, with a 35-hour week. You’ll design engaging eLearning and blended learning using Articulate 360 for Swim England and Institute of Swimming stakeholders.

You will work with SMEs to turn requirements into high-quality digital solutions, leveraging Rise/Storyline and multimedia resources, while ensuring accessibility and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and developing eLearning or digital learning solutions.
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 Rise and Storyline.
• Ability to use video cameras and photography equipment to produce resources.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends occasionally.
• Experience with administration and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement engaging eLearning and blended learning using Articulate 360.
• Create multimedia-rich learning experiences with graphics and interactive resources.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate requirements into digital learning products.
• Ensure resources are accessible, high-quality and delivered on time.
• Support ongoing improvement of digital learning practices and resources.
• Contribute to occasional photography/video production to develop resources.
