Job summary

Inclusive Employers Limited is seeking an experienced Learning Designer to develop high‑quality, accessible learning for both virtual and in‑person delivery using Articulate Rise. You will work within the Product Team to translate briefs into effective outcomes, collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders.

The role is a part-time 4.5‑day week on a 7‑month contract (Dec 2026–Jun 2027) with flexible hybrid/remote options. Salary is £32,000–£35,000 FTE pro‑rata for part‑time work.

Qualifications

• Strong instructional and learning design skills for adult learners.
• Knowledge of learning theories and evaluation methods (e.g., Kirkpatrick).
• Experience designing accessible learning for diverse audiences.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple time-bound projects.
• Excellent research, analysis and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and adapt webinars, workshops, programmes and learning interventions.
• Create storyboards and accessible tech-based learning using Articulate Rise.
• Translate briefs into learning outcomes, structures and facilitator materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Deliver design work on time and within scope; manage multiple projects and revenue expectations.
• Embed accessibility and inclusive design standards across learning products.
