Job summary

Frasers Group in London is seeking a Senior Digital Trading Lead to own the digital trading strategy for the Luxury business, drive commercial performance, and collaborate with trading, marketing, CRM, content, and technology teams to enhance on-site customer experience.

You will lead cross-functional campaign planning for group promotions and brand initiatives, manage data-driven reviews, and mentor teams while delivering measurable revenue growth and improved conversion.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital trading, ecommerce or digital commercial roles.
• Strong analytical capability with revenue, conversion and growth focus.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
• People management experience and coaching track record.

Responsibilities

• Owns the luxury digital trading strategy and commercial performance framework.
• Forecasts profit and revenue targets and tracks key metrics (e.g., AOV).
• Leads cross-functional campaign planning for group promotions and major brand initiatives.
• Collaborates with trading, marketing, CRM, content and technology teams.
• Defines calendars and briefs for campaigns, ensuring flawless execution and customer experience.
