Parkside is seeking an organized, creative E-Commerce & Social Media Administrator to support online sales, manage customer interactions, and grow our digital presence. You will oversee orders, CRM records, and showroom visits, delivering a seamless customer experience.

You will develop content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other channels, plan campaigns, monitor performance, and assist with website updates and promotions, while providing general administrative support.

Responsabilités

• Oversee ecommerce and customer management using the CRM system; process online orders and monitor customer journeys from enquiry to delivery.
• Develop and manage the company’s social media presence; create engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Plan and deliver social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate enquiries; monitor performance metrics.
