As the E-Commerce Manager for Project Kahn, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the online sales for our entire range of automotive products, parts, and accessories. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where you’ll be working closely with our marketing and product teams to optimize listings, increase sales performance, and provide exceptional customer service to our global clientele.

- Platform Administration: Manage all online sales platforms (website, marketplaces, etc.) by regularly updating product listings, managing stock levels, and ensuring smooth operations across each platform. This includes maintaining product accuracy, pricing consistency, and optimising the user experience.

- Product Listing & Content Management: Ensure that all products are accurately listed with high-quality descriptions, images, and specifications. You’ll work with the marketing team to create compelling content that reflects the premium quality and unique characteristics of our automotive products, attracting and converting visitors into customers.

- Sales Strategy & Performance: Analyse sales data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop strategies to enhance sales performance and implement promotional campaigns to boost visibility and revenue. You’ll be expected to set and meet sales targets across multiple platforms.

- Order Fulfillment & Customer Experience: Oversee the entire order process, from initial customer inquiry to order processing, packaging, and global shipping. You’ll work closely with logistics to ensure smooth and timely delivery, while also managing returns and exchanges efficiently.

- Customer Relations & Support: Provide exceptional customer service to both retail and wholesale clients. Engage with customers through online channels, responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term relationships that reflect the quality and values of the Project Kahn brand.

- Market & Product Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand for automotive products. You’ll identify new products and opportunities to enhance the online offering and keep Project Kahn at the forefront of the automotive aftermarket sector.

We Are Looking For:

- E-commerce Experience: Proven experience in e-commerce management, ideally in the automotive or luxury goods sector, with a solid track record of driving online sales and managing e-commerce platforms.

- Sales Expertise: Strong background in e-commerce, online sales and customer relationship management, with the ability to optimise listings, drive sales, and meet targets in a competitive market.

- Detail-Oriented & Organised: A sharp eye for detail when it comes to product descriptions, pricing, and customer communication. Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with customers, team members, and external partners effectively.

- Passion for Automotive: A genuine passion for the automotive industry, with a solid understanding of high-end vehicles, parts, and accessories. Enthusiasm for luxury products and the Project Kahn brand is key.
