Qualificações

• Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Knowledge of South African transportation laws and best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience with modern logistics technology and fleet management systems.
• Valid driver's license (Code 10/C1 preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of delivery operations within the Randburg region, including fleet management, driver performance, and route optimization.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance delivery efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of operations supervisors and a large workforce of drivers and support staff.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivery operations, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements across the fleet and operations.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and vendors as necessary.
• Implement and oversee the adoption of new technologies and systems to improve operational workflows.

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

Requirements
