Job summary

Devon Air Ambulance Trust is seeking an organised E-Commerce Manager to lead our Retail and E‑Commerce operation in Exeter. You will manage online sales from stock selection to dispatch, price products to maximise income, and support volunteers while turning donations into lifesaving funds.

You will monitor sales performance, ensure compliant ecommerce operations, and deliver excellent customer service to donors and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in online selling, retail and/or customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage online sales from stock selection through to dispatch.
• Research, price and present products to maximise income.
• Monitor trends and identify valuable stock for online sale.
• Support e-commerce staff and volunteers.
• Improve online sales processes and ways of working.
• Deliver excellent service to customers, donors and colleagues.
• Monitor performance against sales and Gift Aid targets.
• Ensure safe, secure and compliant e-commerce operations.
