Are you a commercially minded E-Commerce Manager looking for an opportunity to take ownership and drive growth?

We have a fun, friendly team and we are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is as ambitious about the future as we are.

You will be responsible for managing and optimising all aspects of our e-commerce platforms. From overseeing website performance and customer experience to CRM strategy, your focus will be on driving revenue and maximising conversion, ensuring the website consistently reflects the brand. You will have the support of all other members of the company, but we are looking for someone who is happy to get stuck in to develop this department and make it their own, as this is a small, family run business. Nevertheless, we have big plans to keep growing, and as such, you will also be involved in the recruiting of new members for your team.

Required Skills

1. Excellent command of the English language, the ability to demonstrate copywriting skills and attention to detail.
2. Have a good understanding of website Content Management Systems with a methodical approach to updating products online.
3. Excellent organisational skills and timekeeping.
4. Good people management skills.
5. A positive and enthusiastic drive towards work.
6. Ability to communicate successfully and work effectively with other team members.

Desirable Skills

1. Knowledge of various e-commerce platforms.
