Job summary

The Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Graduate Administrator in Andover on a temp-to-perm basis. You will help ensure online product information is accurate and well-presented across a range of digital channels, with full training provided.

You will support the eCommerce team by updating content, managing product records and assisting with promotions, while developing strong administration and data-handling skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate or candidate with previous administrative experience.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Confident using Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update product information across multiple online platforms.
• Upload and amend product content.
• Ensure stock levels, pricing and product details are accurate at all times.
• Support the introduction of new products.
• Monitor website and marketplace listings, flagging and correcting any inaccuracies.
• Manage product records.
• Assist with promotional updates, product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Work with colleagues across different departments to obtain and verify product information.
• Perform regular checks on online content to ensure consistency and quality.
• Maintain spreadsheets and databases.
• Investigate listing issues and help resolve queries.
• Support the wider eCommerce team with administrative duties.
