Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for an Office Based role in Spalding, Lincolnshire. The position focuses on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and e-commerce projects within a large-scale digital transformation programme, offering £45,000 - £55,000 a year.

You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring fit-for-purpose solutions, with responsibilities across workshops, UAT

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digital transformation programmes.
Experience delivering projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online customer journeys.
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, user stories and process mapping.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
Lead stakeholder workshops and facilitate business discussions.
Support the implementation and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
Analyse current and future business processes, producing process maps and gap analyses.
Work closely with development, testing and project delivery teams.
Support UAT, change management and user adoption activities.
