Job summary

Confidential, Milton Keynes, is seeking an experienced E-commerce Merchandise Lead to shape the brand's visual and commercial presence across Amazon, TikTok Shop and SHEIN. You will own creative output and lead a cross-functional team to drive engagement and conversions.

Proven experience in eCommerce creative across major platforms.
Strong understanding of Amazon creative requirements, A+ Content and image compliance.
Hands-on experience with AI tools to generate and optimise content.

Responsibilities

Own all creative output across Amazon, TikTok Shop and SHEIN, ensuring content meets platform requirements.
Oversee creation of product imagery, A+ Content, videos, and campaign assets to optimise engagement and conversions.
Lead use of AI-powered tools to create and enhance marketplace assets in line with guidelines.
Mentor and manage a creative team (Senior Graphic Designers, Designers, Photographer, Stylist, offshore designers).
Plan resources and priorities to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
