Job description

Soho Home is a modern interiors brand designed for relaxed, sociable living. With more than 25 years of design heritage, our ranges are created to mirror the look and feel of our Soho Houses around the world. Soho Home is an interiors collection from Soho House that includes furniture, lighting, tableware, and accessories created for, and inspired by, the Houses.

The Role...

Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, you’ll be responsible for seasonal product creation and launch, site maintenance and optimisations, daily reporting, and site checks including order flow management.
It’s a fast-paced environment, and we are looking for a candidate who is organised, proactive, with strong attention to detail, and able to meet tight deadlines.

  • Manage seasonal and ad hoc product launches, ensuring content, imagery, and categorisation are on-brand and in adherence to the critical path.
  • Responsible for site, product, and category checks, ensuring accuracy of content displayed.
  • Implement onsite visual merchandising strategy as required and optimise products for organic search rankings.
  • Support the wider team with daily sales tracking.
  • Responsible for weekly product reporting (bestsellers, category assortment, new product/seasons) and out-of-stock notifications.
  • Support with ad-hoc reporting including price change insights, trend research, and category analysis.
  • Assist with weekly preorder additions to the site, including updating trackers and highlighting any areas of risk (e.g., units, delivery dates).
  • Support with order flow management, backorder checks, stalled orders, and communicate issues to the wider business.
  • Support the wider team with ad hoc testing for new features or delivery rules on the site.

Supporting responsibilities:

  • Assist the eCommerce team with the day-to-day maintenance of the Soho Home website.
  • Support online promotions, assisting with setup, testing, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Be a key point of contact with support and retail teams to identify and resolve issues with products or orders.
  • Must be flexible and willing to work out of hours when required to support 24/7 website operations.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience within a head office retail role (e.g., operations, merchandising, eCommerce), minimum 1 year.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple work streams.
  • Experience with analytical platforms such as Google Analytics and Content Square is desired.
