Job Purpose: To support the efficiency of the ecommerce department, overseeing the daily pick process and maintaining high accuracy for all stocks sent out on loan.

Operations
  1. Responsible for the daily online in-store pick process, including collecting orders, QC checking, prioritizing same-day orders, and system transfers.
  2. Send end-of-day reports to senior management with overall totals for further investigation.
  3. Provide daily feedback to the Ecom Operations Manager to ensure 100% accuracy regarding out-of-stocks and potential abandonments.
  4. Oversee the picking process for styling, editorial, and marketing photo-shoot loans, ensuring adherence to limits.
  5. Process daily returns, update trackers, and chase outstanding loans to meet limits.
  6. Audit stock on loan monthly and before stock takes.
  7. Communicate daily with the Ecom Operations Manager regarding discrepancies, issues, and queries.
  8. Ensure stock movement accuracy across all platforms.
  9. Support stock loss prevention and stock take preparations.
  10. Ensure returns are accepted and recorded properly, liaising with Customer Service and Click & Collect teams.
  11. Handle returned loaned products in non-saleable condition, raising invoices for damages.
  12. Support personal shopping requests, including picking and delivering shoes to the Selfridges lounge.
  13. Build and maintain relationships with the host store for efficient processes.
  14. Aim to achieve abandonment targets of under 2% cancellations.
  15. Demonstrate excellent communication and strong relationships with host stores.
  16. Model company values and culture in interactions with customers, management, and employees.
  17. Initiate ideas and implement procedures to improve operations.

Ad-Hoc Responsibilities
  • Support CCE and peak period planning for the department.
KPI's
  • Maintain abandonment rate below 2%.
  • Meet weekly capacity of 150 styling/editorial/loan requests.
  • Track and communicate daily discrepancies in online returns.
  • Report damaged returns for monthly reconciliation.
