Propel the growth of prestigious beauty brands within the dynamic e-commerce landscape by forging robust partnerships with key online retailers and devising cutting-edge digital commercial strategies. As an E-commerce CBM Manager, you will cultivate deep relationships with key e-retailers, leveraging data-driven insights and a profound understanding of their platforms to drive brand expansion and surpass ambitious performance objectives. This involves leading a team of account managers dedicated to maximising brand presence and profitability across key e-commerce channels.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
Team Leadership & Relationship Management
- Lead and mentor a team of account managers, guiding their performance and development.
- Cultivate strong, long-term, multifunctional relationships with key stakeholders at e-retailers, including buyers, marketing, supply chain, finance, and media teams.
- Develop a deep understanding of each e-retailer's customer insights, using this knowledge to devise commercial plans aligned with their growth targets.
- Create retailer-centric strategies to drive market growth and enhance brand ranking.
Financial Management & Performance Analysis
- Thoroughly understand the customer Profit & Loss (P&L) statement and identify opportunities to maximize profitability while effectively managing risks.
- Ensure sales forecast accuracy, consistency, and control within your team.
- Optimize the P&L by focusing on productivity and profitability within the e-retail channel.
- Consolidate customer insights and performance data to report to the CBD (Country Business Division).
Strategic Planning & Negotiation
- Design and manage the customer strategy for designated e-retailers (Amazon 1P, Debenhams.com, All Beauty, Fragrance Direct, Escentual, Asos, and Beauty Bay), applying L'Oréal Luxe's strategic framework.
- Represent L'Oréal Luxe in daily interactions with customers and oversee key negotiations.
- Contribute your insights and perspectives as a member of the Commercial Leadership Team, helping to shape the overall commercial strategy.
Who You Are
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Brand expertise, preferably Offline, to drive its needs in negotiations
- Proven differentiating track record regarding Trade Marketing actions
- Understand P&L of customers and commercial advantages.
- Be aware of the market, consumer and competition.
- The ability to motivate and lead a team and proactively cooperate within the organization.
