The Egis Group has recently implemented a matrix model, introducing dual governance through the regions in addition to the Business Lines. Consequently, we have moved to consolidate corporate services in the UK to serve all Business Lines, delivering both dedicated business partnering and shared services.
The role of Finance Business Partner: Energy and Sustainable Cities will directly lead the finance business partnering for the Energy Service Line in the UK. This role forms part of the finance team in the UK, reporting to the Head of Finance Business Partnering: Energy and Sustainable Cities (UK) and the business leads for these services.
This role will have the management of 1 FTE accounting support, and work in collaboration with the UK Finance Shared Services for transactional activities.
Job Description
This role provides key support to the Head of Finance Business Partnering Energy & Sustainable Cities (FBP E&SC), from day-to-day operations to financial transformation. The role will involve exposure to the wider Egis Group and cross - functional teams and requires the personal credibility to develop successful professional relationships with internal peers and external stakeholders.
The right candidate will be a self-starter, and willing to be agile and adaptable as the business needs change.
