Job summary

Pixelcode Technologies is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Technical Lead in Greater London to steer development, administration, integration and support of Microsoft business apps. You will provide technical governance, release management and vendor oversight while delivering hands-on Dynamics and Power Platform expertise.

The role includes leading L3 production support, design reviews, and platform governance across Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

Extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 in a lead role.
Strong governance, release management and vendor oversight.
Proven ability to lead internal and third-party teams.
Experience with Power Platform governance and DLP.

Responsibilities

Lead development, administration, integration and support of Microsoft business apps.
Provide technical leadership, code reviews and guidance to teams.
Manage upgrades, deployments and environment transitions.
Provide L3 production support and root-cause analysis.
