Codec Azure in the United Kingdom is seeking a D365 CE & Power Platform Technical Team Lead to guide a team of L2/L3 consultants, manage incidents, and drive enhancements for Dynamics 365 CE and the broader Power Platform. The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with strong team leadership and change delivery oversight.
The ideal candidate will lead daily stand-ups, performance reviews, and cross-team collaboration while ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to DevOps/ALM
Qualifications
- Experience leading D365 CE/Power Platform teams and delivering IT services.
- Strong technical delivery in D365 CE modules and Power Platform.
- Proven ability to manage incidents and change delivery.
- Proficient in plugins, JavaScript, and Azure Functions.
- Experience with DevOps/ALM and CI/CD for Power Platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of D365 CE and Power Platform consultants.
- Take responsibility for HR issues and performance.
- Champion best practices in technical delivery and ticket management.
- Coordinate with Service Delivery and Change teams to manage priorities.
- Serve as a technical escalation point for a subset of customers and the wider team.
- Troubleshoot Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
- Maintain Power Platform solutions (Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE including Plugins, JavaScript, Web Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus.
- Manage system upgrades, wave updates, and patch deployments; ensure continuity.
- Oversee solution lifecycle management (DevOps, ALM).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into specs.
