Job summary

Codec is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant to join our Dynamics 365 & Power Platform practice in London. You will design, extend, and deliver modern business applications built on Microsoft Dataverse, Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure integration.

You will collaborate with solution architects, developers and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, mentor teams, and help shape platform adoption and pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

5+ years implementing Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform solutions.
Hands-on configuration experience with Power Automate and Azure services.
Experience designing or integrating Azure cloud services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management).
Experience in Agile / sprint-based delivery and strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and extend Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform solutions across multiple modules.
Build and enhance Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, flows, and related components.
Mentor consultants and developers in solution design and technical standards.
Support delivery planning, risk mitigation, and client-facing activities.
